Join me at 7pm for Hike Strong: Train for the Trail is an hour webinar designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence for your hiking adventures. Facilitated by an experienced personal trainer with over 20 years in women’s fitness and a passionate hiker and backpacker, this session will cover: ✅ Strength training exercises to build endurance and prevent injury ✅ Cardiovascular conditioning for better stamina on the trail ✅ Mobility and flexibility routines to improve movement and reduce stiffness ✅ Recovery strategies to keep you feeling strong and pain-free ✅ Simple, effective at-home workouts—no equipment needed! ✅ Modifications for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced hikers ✅ Q&A session to address your personal fitness concerns Audrey is a Certified Personal Trainer focusing on strength training for sport with women athletes. A former Strongwoman competitor and coach, she has personal experience and expertise working with athletes.
