What to Expect

  • Be Physically Challenged: Be prepared to carry a full backpack (approximately 30lbs) while hiking up to 10-12 miles per day. We will have many breaks along the way.

Nature Therapy For All Women

At Deep Rooted Wellness, we believe nature therapy should be accessible to all women. If financial barriers prevent you from joining us, please explore our sliding scale options for our Wild Resilience, Petite Retreats, Hikes over $40, and the rental of our Full Backpack Kit. Submit a confidential application, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What to Bring on the Retreat

Rent the Full
BackPack Kit

If you don't own a full backpack kit, no worries! You can rent one from us for only $60 for the retreat and it will be customized based on your personal needs.

A la Carte Rental

If you are missing one or more items to make your backpack kit complete, you can rental individual items from us.

  • Tent: $20 (1- or 2-person)

  • Backpack: $20 (40+10L or 60L)

  • Sleeping Pad (R-value 3.5+): $20

  • Sleeping Bag/Quilt: $20
