Hello, I’m Audrey Costa! With over 20 years of experience in health, wellness, and nature-based practices, I’m passionate about helping women of all ages and abilities discover their unique path to balance, vitality, and self-acceptance.

As a certified coach and seasoned facilitator, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to wellness. Whether you’re navigating stress, recovering from trauma, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, my mission is to guide you toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
