From the trails of the Pacific Northwest to the peaks of the Adirondacks she now calls home, Madison brings years of backpacking, hiking, and camping experience to our team. As a therapist-in-training with certifications in holistic health coaching and wilderness first aid, she holds space with both heart and skill. Whether she's tending to details behind the scenes or walking alongside you on retreat, Madison’s grounded presence, curiosity, and care are felt in every step.

Michelle is the creative force behind our digital presence. With a keen eye for storytelling and a deep respect for nature’s rhythms, she brings our mission to life online — sharing our work in a way that’s as heart-centered and authentic as the experiences themselves. As someone who actively participates in our retreats and hikes, Michelle infuses every post, photo, and campaign with lived insight, grounded energy, and genuine care. Her work ensures our digital spaces feel just as welcoming and nourishing as our time on the trail.

Chief Calm Officer & Camp Guardian

Ranger

Meet Ranger—the quiet guardian of the woods and the unofficial heart of every retreat. He doesn’t bark or demand attention, but he’s always nearby, gently grounding anyone who needs it, while staying just curious enough to check out what everyone’s eating (don’t worry, he won’t steal a bite… and fun fact: he’s not a fan of peanut butter). By night, he keeps watch over camp, and by day, he shows us what calm, steady, protective energy truly feels like.

WARNING: Ranger may trigger serious cuteness aggression… a staff member is currently in counseling to resist the urge to give him full anaconda squeezes.
