Time in the sun isn’t just pleasant—it’s biologically beneficial. Sunlight triggers the production of vitamin D, which plays a crucial role in maintaining strong bones, elevated mood, and a healthy immune response. Morning light exposure also helps regulate your circadian rhythms, promoting better sleep and cognitive function. A short walk during daylight hours can do wonders for your energy and focus.
