Find your level. Discover your resilience. Step into the healing power of nature.

Wild Resilience Retreats were born from the belief that nature has the power to heal, strengthen, and transform us. Each retreat is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your spirit while learning to carry both a pack and your inner strength with more confidence.

In 2026, we’re expanding our offerings to meet you exactly where you are on your resilience journey—with three levels of immersive backpacking and nature therapy retreats. Whether you’re brand-new to the trail or ready for a Misogi-level challenge, there is a path for you.

And new this year: all retreats now include equipment and personalized training plans—with discounts available if you bring your own gear.

🌱 Wild Resilience Foundations (Beginner)

“You don’t need experience, just curiosity and a willingness to show up.”

✨ 2 nights, 3 days✨ Under 15 miles total for the weekend✨ Less than 5,000 ft. elevation gain✨ No backpacking experience necessary

Fitness Level: 4/10(Active 3–5x per week, such as walking 30 minutes daily, or an active job like retail or construction)

This retreat is for women ready to take their first step into the empowering world of backpacking and nature therapy. It’s accessible yet transformative—where laughter, journaling by streams, fire ceremonies, and mindful hiking help you reconnect to your body and spirit.

🌿 Wild Resilience Expansion (Moderate)

“Push your limits. Learn how to draw from your inner well of resilience—one step, one climb, one breath at a time.”

✨ 2-3 nights, 3-4 days✨ Up to 30 miles total for the weekend✨ More challenging terrain & elevation gain✨ Best for women who have backpacked before.

Fitness Level: 6/10(Works out 3–5x per week and regularly hikes or participates in recreational activities)

This retreat is about pushing beyond your comfort zone. Together, we’ll explore how physical challenge becomes a gateway to emotional healing, mental toughness, and spiritual grounding. It’s where the question “How Deep is Your Well?” guides you to discover untapped reserves of strength and resilience.

🔥 The Misogi Challenge: A Pilgrimage of Resilience (Advanced)

“How deep in my well? Feel the Fear and Do it ANYWAY”

The Misogi is not just a retreat—it’s a rite of passage. Rooted in the Japanese tradition of purification through great challenge, the Misogi is designed to push the limits of your body, mind, and spirit so that you emerge stronger, clearer, and deeply connected to your resilience.

✨ 5+ days, multi-night immersion✨ High mileage and rugged terrain (long days, sustained climbs, unpredictable conditions)✨ Best for women who have backpacked before and are ready for a true test of endurance and spirit✨ Must be committed to the provided training plan.

Fitness Level: 7+/10(Works out 3–5x per week, regularly hikes, and thrives in active, physically demanding recreation. This is NOT for beginners.)

Here, you will ask yourself:

  • How deep is my well?

  • What am I capable of when I lean fully into my strength?

  • What fears, doubts, or stories will I leave behind on this trail?

You will walk away knowing you can carry more—physically, mentally, and emotionally—than you ever believed possible.
