August 30 Beginner/Int Hike

Service Description
On Sunday August 30th at 9am, we will meet at Allamuchy State Park for our monthly beginner/int nature therapy hike. Our hike topic is self-care as summer comes to a close. Participants will be able to participate in a short mindfulness session focusing on synchronizing breath to movement and a conversation on self care. This hike will be 3.5 miles, with some hills and elevation gain and loss, it is rated as beginner. Be prepared for rocky terrain and some elevation change. Location: Allamuchy State Park, look for an email with parking info approx 3 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, cancellations or no-shows may be credited toward a future event. All participants must sign the waiver, and submit any pertinent information if the event is hosted as a "bring a friend" event.
