Service Description

The Wild Resilience First Steps Retreat was created for women who feel called to the healing power of nature but aren't quite ready to commit to a full weekend or longer backpacking experience. This 1-night, 2-day retreat offers a smaller-scale introduction to the Wild Resilience experience while preserving everything that makes these retreats meaningful: ✨ Connection with like-minded women ✨ Nature-based activities to begin self-exploration ✨ Guided reflection and journaling ✨ Campfire conversations ✨ Supportive instruction and mentorship ✨ Dip your toes into the Wild Resilience retreat experience The best part? No experience is necessary. We provide all the gear and support you need. We'll travel approximately 2 miles to our campsite, giving you the opportunity to learn basic backpacking skills, experience sleeping outdoors, and discover what you're capable of in a safe, encouraging environment. (total mileage 5) This is not about mileage. It's about confidence. It's about learning that you can do hard things. It's about taking that first step. Fully supported. Fully intentional. Fully connected. Think of it as a chance to dip your toes into the Wild Resilience experience before diving into a full 2-night or multi-day retreat. If you've been curious, hesitant, or waiting for the "right time," this may be exactly what you've been looking for. Same heart. Same intention. Same Wild Resilience experience. Just on a smaller scale. Rating: Beginner, fitness level needed: 1-3. Prior backpacking experience is not necessary.
