October 4th Womens Support Intermediate Hike
Level: Intermediate | Start time: 9am | Length: up to 3hrs | Distance: 5 miles
Service Description
On Sunday August 30th at 9am, we will meet at Allamuchy State Park for an intermediate nature therapy hike. Our hike topic is supporting women. Participants will be able to participate in a short mindfulness session focusing on synchronizing breath to movement and a conversation on womens support. Think of this a a moving suport group. This hike will be 5 miles, with some hills and elevation gain and loss, it is rated as beginner/Intermediate. Be prepared for rocky terrain and some elevation change and the weather. Location: Allamuchy State Park, look for an email with parking info approx 3 days before the event. This is a BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE EVENT. Your friend will still need to fill out the waiver/consent form.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, cancellations or no-shows may be credited toward a future event. All participants must sign the waiver, and submit any pertinent information if the event is hosted as a "bring a friend" event.
